After formal training in politics and law that opened many doors, I enjoyed a varied career which taught me valuable skills, with a focus on supporting and guiding others.

Each role was rewarding in its own way, yet I knew that something was missing. I hadn’t quite found my life’s work.  

So I began searching for something to make me feel better.  For more than ten years I devoted myself to studying, training in and practicing a number of natural healing therapies. When I discovered energy medicine and immersed myself in learning how to work with the energetic systems, I finally felt excited and alive. 

I had found what I was meant to do.

Today I love my work as a natural health practitioner, helping clients navigate their way to wellbeing. One of many aspects of this work that I love is teaching clients to work with their own energy, giving them the tools to take control of their wellbeing. 

Empowering clients through one to one sessions, workshops and focused teachings has become a cornerstone of my work.  And it is such a joy to witness the transformation and walk with others as they find ways to feel better and live their best lives.
